The confirmed reservation is guaranteed unless factors beyond the agency’s control occur. Travel insurance is essential for all guests. The cancellation policy states that if the customer cancels the booking after the confirmation voucher is issued, they are liable to pay a penalty charge, which varies depending on the time of cancellation. Changes made by the customer may incur extra costs, and the customer is responsible for paying for such changes. If the agency makes changes or cancels the booking, it will offer alternative booking arrangements or a refund of any sums paid. The agency will not be responsible for the negligence of its suppliers. The terms and conditions state that the information provided by the agency is accurate, but changes and errors may occur, and the agency reserves the right to correct prices and other details.
